It occurred to me that for all the baby dragons I draw, I haven't yet drawn a hatchling. Not that that's how my artworks come about- they pop into my head fully-formed and ready for me to translate them to the page. This one was fun, though I had ALL sorts of trouble with my scanner, which practically inverted the colours, and then Photoshop to try and get it back to the original colours. I'm still not 100% happy with it but I'm not sure what else I can do :S
